Oxygen
PREEMPT_RTLinux-native low latency using PREEMPT_RT; suitable when standard Linux interfaces meet the measured timing requirements.
Explore BSP →SUBSCRIPTIONS & ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Annual LinRT BSP subscriptions combine controlled source-code access, structured engineering assistance and maintenance services — aligned to your product, real-time requirements and supported NXP i.MX System-on-Module family.
OXYGEN · COBALT · TUNGSTEN
01 / LINRT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Choose the real-time architecture first, then select the service level that matches your development phase. Licensing scope, named developer access, included assistance and response commitments are confirmed in a tailored proposal.
Three current real-time distributions. Mercury is discontinued and replaced by Tungsten; it is not offered for new subscriptions.
Linux-native low latency using PREEMPT_RT; suitable when standard Linux interfaces meet the measured timing requirements.
Explore BSP →Dual-kernel Xenomai 3 Cobalt / RTDM, particularly relevant to hard real-time systems and existing Xenomai 3 applications.
Explore BSP →Xenomai 4 / EVL for a modern real-time execution path, using specialized interfaces where deterministic timing is required.
Explore BSP →Subscription scope is defined for each qualified SoM configuration. i.MX95 support is planned with LinRT 6.x; availability may differ between Oxygen, Cobalt and Tungsten.
02 / SERVICE LEVELS
The three service levels below describe the intended scope of assistance; exact entitlements, developer seats and service targets are agreed contractually.

03 / SUBSCRIPTION LIFECYCLE
Commercial terms remain transparent without publishing fixed prices or outdated hardware-specific conditions.
Confirm the distribution, qualified SoM, number of authorized developers and support level. Access is provisioned to the agreed source repositories.
Use the LinRT HelpDesk portal to open, track and document tickets. The agreed allowance covers technical assistance during the active term.
Move to a higher HelpDesk level or add support capacity during the term, subject to an agreed quotation.
Renewal sustains access to updates, HelpDesk services and applicable source mirrors. Non-renewal ends subscription services under the agreement.
04 / HELPDESK & CONTINUITY
Customer engineers submit support requests through a dedicated portal with ticket history, attachments and email notifications. Requests can be assigned a priority; applicable response objectives, credit accounting and exclusions are specified in the subscription agreement. HelpDesk business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM US Eastern Time (excluding published closures and holidays).
During an active subscription, LinRT can provide managed source access, BSP updates and mirror services for packages no longer available from upstream locations, within the agreed support scope. Open-source licenses remain applicable to the software delivered.
05 / CYBER RESILIENCE ACT
Alongside the planned LinRT 6.x release, the CRA Certification Kit is intended to help customers prepare product-level cybersecurity evidence: software bills of materials, vulnerability assessment workflows, security verification procedures and traceable technical documentation.
Important: This page is an overview of the proposed service model, not a binding service-level agreement. Availability, included support quotas, source access, GPU/VPU enablement, security deliverables and maintenance periods depend on the written subscription and qualified SoM/BSP configuration.
Tell us your target SoM, preferred LinRT distribution and engineering support needs. We will define the subscription scope and a tailored offer.
