2. Information and why we use it

The website is primarily informational. The following categories describe the currently known and planned processing.

Analytics preferenceYour accept/refuse choice and its date, stored locally in the browser.Remember your decision and avoid repeatedly displaying the consent banner. Consent management / functional storage.
Google Analytics 4 — optionalWhen accepted: page views, selected navigation interactions, browser and technical data and GA4 identifiers/cookies.Understand site usage and improve content. Consent; no GA4 script is loaded until accepted.

3. Analytics, cookies and local storage

Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-CQTD3D1XW6. Our current integration is configured in basic consent mode: on a first visit or following a refusal, it does not load Google Analytics. If you accept, it measures page visits and selected actions such as navigating to Oxygen, Cobalt, Tungsten, subscriptions, the CRA Certification Kit and email-contact links. Custom events use generic categories; they are not designed to transmit email addresses or form contents.

If accepted, GA4 may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Google lists a default cookie lifetime of two years, which can be limited by browser behaviour or changed by implementation settings. See Google’s GA4 cookie documentation.

Two functional localStorage items are used: linrt.ga4.consent.v1 (accept/refuse choice, valid for up to 180 days) and linrt.language (language chosen manually, until changed or browser storage is cleared). You can adjust analytics via Analytics preferences in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further GA4 loading on subsequent navigation; the site attempts to remove locally accessible GA4 cookies.

Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are set to denied in this site integration. This does not describe or replace the privacy practices of external websites reached through links.

4. Who may receive data and international transfers?

LinRT.com is hosted on a server located in France. Depending on the service, website technical data may be processed by the hosting provider and by email or support providers. Google Analytics 4 is activated only after your consent. Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For further details about processors and international transfers, please contact contact@linrt.com. See also Google’s privacy policy.

5. How long is data retained?

Analytics consent preferences are kept locally for a maximum of 180 days. The manually selected language remains in local storage until you change the setting or clear site data.

Retention of user and event data in Google Analytics 4 depends on the property's configured retention settings. Server access logs and business correspondence are retained according to the applicable service and operational retention policies. For information on the periods applicable to LinRT.com, please contact contact@linrt.com.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise your rights, contact contact@linrt.com. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority. The applicable scope of rights depends on your location and the relevant law.

7. Links and policy updates

LinRT.com links to independent third-party websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Google Maps and upstream technical resources. Clicking these links takes you to services governed by their own policies; these links do not, by themselves, mean embedded third-party tracking on LinRT.com. This notice may be revised when services, settings or legal requirements change.
